Common faults and troubleshooting methods in the use of spray pumps
If the filter is clogged or there is a foreign body in the nozzle, it will cause the pump pressure to be excessive but the atomization is not good when spraying. Generally, the nozzles are clogged, and the nozzles can be replaced.
Common faults and troubleshooting methods in the use of spray pumps:
1. No fogging.
If the oblique hole of the nozzle body is blocked by dirt, the oblique hole can be dredged. If the nozzle is blocked, the nozzle can be disassembled and cleaned. However, hard objects such as iron wire or copper needle should not be used to poke the nozzle to prevent the hole from expanding and deteriorate the spray quality. If the filter screen in the casing is blocked or the water valve ball is set up, the filter screen should be cleaned and the dirt that has set up the ball should be cleaned.
2. The switch leaks or cannot be screwed.
If the switch cap is not tightened, the switch cap should be tightened; if the gasket on the switch core is worn out, the gasket should be replaced. The switch cannot be turned because it has been placed for a long time or used for a long time. The switch core is stuck due to the corrosion of the agent. The parts should be removed and cleaned in kerosene or diesel. When it is difficult to remove it, soak it in kerosene for a period of time, and then remove it after disassembly. Do not hit with hard objects.
3. Water leakage at each connection part. If the joint is loose, the nut should be tightened; if the washer is not flat or damaged, the washer should be leveled, or the washer should be replaced; if the washer shrinks and hardens, it can be used after being soaked in animal oil.
