There are a few different ways to fix a damaged lotion pump. One way is to remove the piston and replace it with a new one. Another way is to replace the motor with a new one. If the pump doesn't work at all, then you may need to replace the entire unit.

To repair a damaged lotion pump:

Unscrew the piston from the base and remove it from the unit. Be careful not to lose any of the screws holding it in place.

If the piston is damaged or missing parts, replace it with a new one. Make sure all screws have been replaced and there are no loose parts around the pump base.

If the motor is damaged or missing parts, replace the motor. Again, make sure all screws are replaced and there are no loose parts around where they attach to the pump base.
